Book a Mile High Life! Hotel Package and we’ll take care of everything—your room, your tickets, and getting you safely to and from the event. You can use our layaway option to pay in two installments.
The Mile High Life! Hotel Packages Include
- Two or three nights at the hotel of your choice from the list below
- Two (2) two-day passes to Mile High Music Festival (options exist for general admission and VIP)
- Shuttle transportation all weekend between the hotel and festival site; shuttles will run continuously from 11 a.m. until 12:30 a.m. on each day of the festival
- A collection of commemorative festival posters from Mile High Music Festivals 2008, 2009, and 2010

Helpful Info
- Your tickets, shuttle passes, and other pertinent documentation will be waiting for you at the hotel upon check-in.
- You will need a credit or debit card to check into the hotel when you arrive. This credit or debit card will be used to pay for any incidental charges or damages to the room. (This does not have to be the same card used to purchase your package.)
- The minimum age for all hotel packages is 18.
- Two hotels, the Comfort Inn and the Warwick, are located in downtown Denver, which is just nine miles from the festival. The other hotels are in Stapleton and are between three and five miles from the festival.
- All hotel and ticket package sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

How do I contact customer service for The Mile High Life! Hotel Packages?

What if I need to cancel my reservation?
All hotel and ticket packages are non-refundable. Hotel and ticket packages cannot be exchanged for one another either.
I will not have the credit card that was used to purchase my ticket/package. What do I need for check-in and picking up my tickets?
It’s in your best interest for the name on the reservation to match your credit card and I.D. If someone else books the package for you, please contact The Mile High Life! Hotel Package Customer Service (hotels@milehighmusicfestival.com) once the order is placed to alert them. Also, the person checking in should bring the confirmation emails. Everyone attending the event should have a valid form of photo I.D.How do I pick up my tickets and shuttle passes?
When you arrive at the hotel, you will check-in at the hotel reservation desk for your room. Your tickets and shuttle passes will be waiting for you at The Mile High Life! Hotel Package Will Call table in the hotel lobby (if the table is not in the lobby, there will be signage directing you to the location within the hotel). The tickets will be held under the name of the person who purchased the package. This person is the only one who can pick up the tickets and shuttle passes unless advance arrangements have been made with The Mile High Life! Hotel Package Customer Service. A valid photo I.D. is required to claim tickets and shuttle passes. Sorry, absolutely no exceptions.
I booked a hotel package, but other person(s) in my party will be arriving late. How should I handle this?
While checking in at the hotel reservation desk, you can leave a room key under the name(s) of the additional person(s) in your party. You can pick up their event tickets and shuttle passes and leave them in the hotel room (best to keep in the safe for security) or you can leave them at The Mile High Life! Hotel Package Will Call in the hotel lobby. If you choose the latter option, be sure to give the name(s) of the person(s) to the will-call attendant. Make sure the others in your party have a valid photo I.D. to claim their tickets.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in and check-out times are standard: check-in at 3 p.m. and check-out between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. You can request early check-in and/or late check-out from the hotel, and the staff will accommodate you as best as they can. You also can request that the hotel store your bags if they are unable to honor a request for an early check-in or late check-out. Keep in mind that the front desk will be busier during these peak times—if you need to get in and out quickly, be sure to plan ahead.Can we check in early to the hotel?
Hotel check-in time is not guaranteed until 3 p.m. We have communicated with each of our hotels, and they have assured us that they will do everything in their power to get our rooms in as early as possible (noon is most likely the earliest). However, if the hotel is sold out or close to sold out the night before, early check in will be difficult. Your best bet would be to call the hotel to ask about early check-in the morning of your planned arrival.

If early check-in is not available, the hotels will store your luggage until you arrive in the evening. You can, of course, pick up your event tickets and shuttle passes any time. The Mile High Life! Will Call table will be open starting on Friday, August 13.
Are room upgrades available?
It will be at the discretion of each hotel whether or not they provide room upgrades. If you are interested in a room upgrade, contact The Mile High Life! Hotel Package Customer Service no earlier than August 1st, and ask for a confirmation number, if you have not already received one. You can then contact the hotel and request an upgrade.How long will it take to get to the festival from my hotel and vice versa?
While we have taken many precautions in order to circumvent festival traffic, we cannot account for area traffic or weather delays. However, we have several routes to and from the grounds that avoid most festival traffic and will get you there and back as quickly as possible, every time. The hotels are very close to the festival:

Holiday Inn: 3.62 miles
Comfort Inn Downtown Denver: 9.28 miles
Doubletree: 3.81 miles

Can more than two people stay in a hotel room?
Most of the rooms will be doubles; some of the kings have pull-out couches. If you want to accommodate four to a room, it’s best to contact The Mile High Life! Hotel Package Customer Service to request it. We cannot guarantee the availability, but will do our best to get you what you need.Can our room be next to our friends’ room?
Please contact us and we will do our best to put you next door or as close as possible to your friends.Can our rooms be connected to our friends’ room?
Connecting rooms are rare, but we will do our best to put you in connecting rooms if you contact us immediately after both rooms are booked.How does layaway work for the hotel travel packages?
Non-refundable deposits are due the day you reserve your travel package. The remainder of your payment (total price less the deposit) will be collected on July 16, 2010, and will be processed by TicketHorse. The exact amount that is still due, and the process by which the balance is collected, will be reflected in your confirmation receipt. The final payment will be automatically deducted from the same card you used to place your deposit by TicketHorse. If you lose your card, your card gets stolen, or you would like to put the remainder of the payment on a different card, please email ticketing@milehighmusicfestival.com.

Shuttle FAQ
How often will the shuttles run?
Shuttles will run continuously from 11 a.m. until 12:30 a.m., to and from the festival grounds, both days of the event. Each hotel will have a “shuttle coordinator” who can answer any questions about when and where you can board the next bus to the festival.
How will I know what shuttle to take at the end of the night?
All shuttles will be clearly marked with the hotel for that specific bus. The Mile High Life! staff can also direct you to the correct waiting area.
How long will the wait be after the show is over to get back to our hotel or park-n-ride?
We cannot accurately predict exactly how long it will be, but please be assured we will work very hard to get the buses out as quickly as possible. Again, it is our goal to keep you satisfied throughout the weekend. We will have our full fleet of vehicles running directly after the show to ensure little or no wait and to get you back to your hotel in a timely manner
