Layaway
Information
Festival-goers now have the option of making their ticket (general admission and VIP) and hotel package purchases in two installments. A 50 percent deposit of the total order is due on or before July 1, 2010. The remaining balance will be automatically deducted from the purchaser’s debit or credit card on July 16, 2010. Layaway is only available for online ticket purchases. Layaway tickets will be shipped via standard mail the week of July 19, 2010.
There is no way to cancel a layaway order. There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets. Default on payments will result in loss of any/all money paid and cancellation of your order. However if a payment is declined you will be granted a 10-day window to reply to our inquiry with updated payment info. If the last payment is delayed but paid in full by August 13, 2010, the order will be at will call instead of being shipped. All payments are automated. Do NOT make a manual payment as it may result in your order being paid in full and there will be no refund issued.
